Hi Stuart & Mary,
VDOT is in the process of upgrading ArcGIS 9.1 to 9.2 of the enterprise
GIS system. My group  would like to give the presentation of this
upgrade project. But I am not sure if there are any charge to give the
presentation at the conference. We haven't registered to attend the
conference  yet. This is the last minute thing that we may not be able
to get it approved.

What do I need to submit by Friday?

Tuesday (4:15 at VAMLIS conference in Charlottesville).  I know there's
some interesting work going on out there.  You only need to speak for
about 15 - 20 minutes.  Please let me know by this Friday if you'd like
