We wanted to let everyone know that we are making the 2006 VBMP imagery
available through an ArcIMS mapservice being hosted on our test system.
This is a temporary solution we will be providing until we can get the
data loaded into our production system which is in the process of going
through various upgrades.  We can't make any guarantees as to
performance or availability of this mapservice, but please feel free to
distribute and use within your agency.  We will notify you when the
permanent solution is available.

To connect, use ArcGIS Desktop to add an ArcIMS server with the
following server URL:

http://maps-test.vgin.vita.virginia.gov
<http://maps-test.vgin.vita.virginia.gov/>

No authentication is needed for this service, so you don't need to check
the "Show Secure Services" box.

You will have access to all of the 2006 imagery by adding the layer
named "VBMP20067".
