This year's theme is, "It Can Happen Here". The conference will be held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, VA and will begin on March 11th with a preconference event highlighting GIS and Emergency Management. Last year's preconference GIS event was extremely successful, with over 100 GIS and Emergency Management professionals in attendance.
