State and Local Government users of VBMP imagery:

For some time now you have heard VGIN talk about the relaxation of the
license agreement that was signed by many of you for the 2002 Virginia
Base Mapping Program orthophotography.  Several folks have requested
that we put this in writing.

A memo has been drafted that addresses specific sections of the VBMP
Data License Agreement for Governmental Users.  Follow this link and you
