Could you put the following request on the E911 List Serv?

Franklin County is looking for any agency that is currently using DaPro
Systems CAD with the Mobile data system from BioKey. We're specifically
looking for someone that is doing silent dispatch, car to car messaging,
vehicle tag lookups, and individual records checks. We will also want
to hear what type of connectivity you have between your PSAP and the
field units, such as Wi-Fi, Cell phone cards, or private radio system.
If your agency is using these products in this fashion, and you are
willing to spend some time talking to us, please contact me at
billagee@franklincountyva.org or call me at 540-483-3039.

Thanks,
