What phone greeting is used by your Communications Officers when
answering business telephone lines?  We currently use the Communications
Officer's last name when answering the phone; however, when attending
training sessions recently, myself and other Communications Officers
have been told that using names is poor practice.  I would be interested
in knowing what greeting other centers use when answering business
lines.
