Good evening:

For those of you planning on attending the PSAP Grant Committee meeting
tomorrow, we will get underway at 8:30 AM.  This is a little later than
the announced time of 8:00 AM.  We are using WebEx as a tool to link the
remote regional locations with the primary meeting site and additional
