Hi Dorothy.

Please post the following on the PSAP listserv on behalf of John
Crawford from Arlington:

Looking for any information from PSAPs regarding the use of internal
sources (such as a GIS department) and/or the use of third party
applications used to do historical, statistical, and/or trend analysis
of 9-1-1 calls with GIS. Arlington is interested in doing historical
mapping (not real-time mapping, as in dispatch mapping) of 9-1-1 calls
to ascertain patterns, trends, etc. At this time, the county is not
interested in mapping/analyzing the entire CAD and/or RMS databases;
rather, they are only interested in mapping/analyzing the locations of
past 9-1-1 calls (wire-line and wireless).

Please submit any information you have on this topic to John Crawford at
.

Thanks in advance!
