Greetings:

There have been several inquiries from PSAPs as to whether or not they
need to attend the PSAP Grant Committee meeting in Richmond tomorrow.
While you are most welcome to attend, this is not required. In
addition, you do not need to travel to Richmond if you would like to
attend the meeting. VITA will provide audio conferencing of the meeting
at our regional alternate sites. These are same regional alternate
sites used for the Wireless E-911 Services Board meetings. If you need
any additional information regarding these facilities, please contact
your regional coordinator. Thanks.
