Many of you are having difficulty accessing the PSAP grant application
due to the high volume of users.  The following is an alternate link
that you can try: 

http://gismaps.virginia.gov/psapgrantapp

This link has worked for several localities.  If you still are having
difficulty accessing the PSAP Grant application, please advise either
your regional coordinator or myself before 5 PM tomorrow, January 11,
2008, and we will figure out an alternate method for you to submit your
application.
