Good Afternoon:

I need to advise everyone about an error in the Help Text for
Reoccurring Equipment and Service Costs on the True-Up application.  The
Help Text included CPE replacement, mapping system upgrade and
replacement, GPS equipment for mapping and addressing assignment, and
call accounting software upgrade and replacement.  These items should
not have been included and I apologize for any confusion or
inconvenience this may have caused.    

To avoid any additional confusion, please refer to the following list
for specific items that should be included in Reoccurring Equipment and
Service Costs on the True-Up application:  

CPE maintenance or lease
Mapping system maintenance 
Call accounting maintenance
Voice logging recorder maintenance 
Network Control Modems (or functional equivalent) 
Any allowable LEC cost not currently captured through a state contract
vehicle  

If you have any questions about these items, or a question about an item
that was not included, please do not hesitate to contact me or your
regional coordinator.  Also, as a reminder, the deadline to submit the
FY 07 true-up is November 12, 2007.  Thus far, I have only received two
completed true-ups.  Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
