The username and password that you are currently using to access the PSAP Grant Application will also allow you to open the True-Up Application. The process for completing the FY 07 True-Up has been streamlined. On the True-Up form, you will need to supply six figures - three call load data totals and three operational expense totals for fiscal year 2007 (July 2006 - June 2007). The call load data figures are total calls received, total 9-1-1 calls received, and total wireless 9-1-1 calls received. The operational expense figures are total reoccurring equipment costs, total personnel costs, and total IT/GIS support costs. No supporting documentation will need to accompany this form. However, staff may require additional information at a later date if unusual variances exist from prior years' submissions. For a complete explanation of these items, please refer to the help file in the True-Up form. Please complete and submit this form by NOVEMBER 12, 2007. Should you have any questions, or if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me or your regional coordinator. Thank you in advance for your participation. Dorothy A.
