our purchasing folks (see below) directly with their offers?  
Purchaser(s)  must be state or local governments.

We have a PLANT MAARS/COMCENTREX key system - 15 - 60 button work
stations (13 rack mount, 2 desk mount) and associated components. Would
be great to use for expanding a system or spare parts.

List of items:  911 Phone System


Loudoun County is accepting offers from local government offices on the
entire 911 phone system by way of a nominal fee offer. Offer letters
will be accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis.

Interested agencies must submit an offer letter to the address provided
below by September 28, 2007. Offer letters must include all of the
following: be written on agency letterhead, reference the 911 phone
system, state your nominal fee offer, and provide complete contact
information including an email address. 

Upon receiving the first offer letter, and providing that it contains
all the requested information, an acceptance letter will be e-mailed to
you to include purchasing and pick-up arrangements. 

By submitting an offer letter, you agree to the following Terms and
Conditions:
All sales are final. All items sold "as is" "where is" with no
guarantees and/or warranties. 
Forms of payment: Cash or Check
Pick up location: same as mailing address.
Purchase must be paid in full prior to the removal of any equipment. 

If no offer letters are received by close of business on September 28,
2007 each piece of the phone system will be individually priced and
placed for sale in the Loudoun County Surplus Store. No offer letters
will be accepted on the sale of individual pieces from the phone system.
Pictures will be displayed on our website and all sales must follow our
Surplus Store purchasing procedures.  To view pictures after September
28, 2007 please visit our website www.loudoun.gov/surplus
