Offer letters will be accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis. Interested agencies must submit an offer letter to the address provided below by September 28, 2007. Offer letters must include all of the following: be written on agency letterhead, reference the 911 phone system, state your nominal fee offer, and provide complete contact information including an email address.
