Hi Dorothy.

I hope you are doing well.  Our Communications Center will begin
teaching Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) in mid August, and I'm seeking
911 tapes (good and bad) to use as supplemental teaching material.  If
anyone has information that they can share, I would greatly appreciate
it.  Also, any advice for us as we begin this process would also be
welcome.
